Vigilante PR ‘Q3’ Roundup: Big Wins, Big Coverage, Big Reputation
*Note: This is part of a blog series tracking our first year in business. Q3 = Vigilante PR’s third quarter in business (October-December 2025).
Our third quarter in business felt like a bridge in a Taylor Swift song (IYKYK), that perfect flow that makes you stop and soak it in. This last quarter really saw it all: crisis comms, product launches, new clients and journalist besties…even a little love for our own brand.
New Client in the National Spotlight
One of the standout stories of the quarter has been our collaboration with Moms Feelin’ Themselves (MFT), a joyful maternal mental health movement reshaping how moms reclaim community and wellness through The Mom Dance Party™. MFT and its mission were featured across major national outlets, including Yahoo! Life, CNN, The Today Show and SheKnows, where their empowering events and community-centered approach were celebrated as a vibrant form of self-care and connection for moms juggling the demands of modern life.
Cashing In With Financial Asset Management
We also hit our stride with our client, Shelton Capital Management. What started as foundational positioning quickly turned into real momentum, with earned media hits across national financial outlets including Schwab TV, MarketWatch, Nasdaq, NYSE Live, Benzinga, Reuters and Morningstar, just to name a few. As market volatility and Fed headlines accelerated, Shelton’s portfolio managers became trusted voices in the news cycle, delivering timely analysis that kept Shelton consistently in the national conversation.
Advocacy in Action: CBI Review of the Megan Trussell Case
Perhaps the biggest victory last quarter was the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) agreeing to conduct a statutory case review into the death of 18-year-old Megan Trussell after her family spent the last year seeking answers following an initial and incorrect ruling of suicide.
We are honored to support the family’s efforts to raise awareness and keep this case in the public eye. So far, VPR has earned 23 podcasts and 90 pieces of coverage highlighting Megan’s story. We’ve even heard the word around town that our work is being noticed and monitored on a high level. Now, that’s a compliment we will proudly claim.
Onward to the Next Era
Q3 was a busy quarter for Vigilante PR, and as our clients gained momentum, our own visibility followed. We refreshed our website to better reflect the work we do and launched a new case study section, spotlighting real results and momentum across our client roster. In Q3, Vigilante PR was featured in four articles and landed a podcast appearance for our Chief Alchemist, Melissa Christensen.
As we close out the third quarter, we’re energized by momentum and grateful for the trust our clients place in us. Stay tuned — there’s much more in motion. Join us for a big “V on 3!”
