Vigilante PR Named Finalist for PR Daily’s 2026 Media Relations Awards
Vigilante PR has been named a finalist in PR Daily’s 2026 Media Relations Awards in the Crisis or Reputation Management category for its work on Justice for Megan Trussell. For a boutique agency built around helping people, experienced storytelling and strategic media relations, this recognition hits home.
The Justice for Megan Trussell campaign required more than generating headlines. It required persistence, careful judgment and a willingness to keep asking difficult questions when the answers mattered most. Vigilante PR worked alongside Megan’s family to bring renewed attention to the circumstances surrounding her death, elevate questions about the investigation and help ensure Megan’s story remained in the public conversation.
PR Daily’s Media Relations Awards recognize campaigns and communications professionals that demonstrate strong strategy, execution and meaningful results in an increasingly fragmented media landscape. The 2026 finalists were selected from work spanning crisis and reputation management, brand positioning, thought leadership, data-driven storytelling and more.
Vigilante PR is honored to be recognized alongside some of the communications industry’s leading agencies, organizations and teams.
And we’re especially proud that this recognition is for a campaign rooted in something bigger than PR: seeking answers and advocating Justice for Megan.
Winners will be announced December 2, 2026, at City Winery in New York City.
